These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quke Huyu Network Technology Co., Ltd ("Quke Huyu", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ScanQRCode application and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an employer or another entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or on our official website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
ScanQRCode is a mobile application that enables users to scan, generate, and manage QR codes and barcodes. The Services may include additional features such as cloud storage for scan history, customization options, and premium subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
Some features of the Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. The Services are not intended for users under 16 years of age.
ScanQRCode offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features may include ad-free experience, unlimited scan history, advanced customization, and priority support.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings or account management page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying any taxes associated with your use of the Services.
You retain ownership of any content, including QR codes, images, text, and other materials, that you create or upload through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Quke Huyu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that its use does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party.
You agree not to use the Services to:
Quke Huyu and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights beyond the limited license to use the Services as permitted herein.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Quke Huyu. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. QR code scanning functionality may be affected by device compatibility, camera quality, and environmental conditions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUKE HUYU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quke Huyu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data at our discretion.
