As a professional mobile application developer and global publisher, Quke Huyu Interactive distributes its software products to nearly all mainstream application market platforms around the world. All service functions of the application are provided to end users subject to the following complete Terms of Use.
By accessing and using any function of this mobile application, you explicitly authorize Quke Huyu Interactive to collect, store, process and protect your relevant user data in accordance with the specifications stipulated in our official Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy formulated by Quke Huyu Interactive fully complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), ensuring standardized protection of user privacy and personal information security.
You hereby agree to use this iOS translation application only for legitimate purposes permitted by two dimensions: firstly, all rules and restrictions specified in this Terms of Use; secondly, all applicable local laws, administrative regulations, industry codes of conduct and universally recognized normative guidelines in your applicable jurisdiction. Quke Huyu Interactive grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable usage license for accessing and privately using the application for non-commercial purposes. Without the explicit written approval issued by Quke Huyu Interactive, you are not allowed to download the program source code, conduct reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, program modification and code tampering on the whole or any part of the application. Users shall not copy, sell, resell, rent or carry out any commercial exploitation behavior on the application without prior written consent. It is forbidden to use hyperlink embedding, frame nesting and similar technical means to quote or display any trademark, logo and exclusive proprietary information of Quke Huyu Interactive including pictures, texts and page layout without written authorization. Any unauthorized use will lead to the immediate termination of the limited license granted by Quke Huyu Interactive.
Quke Huyu Interactive does not make any express or implied warranty that the application, its built-in functions and displayed content will operate continuously without interruption, run completely without program errors, or that all existing technical defects will be repaired in a timely manner. Quke Huyu Interactive does not provide any commitment or guarantee on the accuracy, completeness and practical applicability of preferential offers, advertising content and third-party information displayed in the application. The application is provided to users on an "as is" basis. You clearly agree that your use of the application shall be at your own sole risk and responsibility.
Quke Huyu Interactive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising from your normal use or inability to use the application services. For all economic compensation claims proposed by users against Quke Huyu Interactive, the maximum liability amount shall be limited to the actual amount you have paid for purchasing and activating this iOS translation application.
By using this application service, you agree that the legal interpretation, clause validity and all types of disputes arising between you and Quke Huyu Interactive shall be exclusively governed by the laws of Portugal. This user agreement shall not be subject to the conflict of law rules of any other jurisdiction, and the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is explicitly excluded. If you are a consumer user, the above law selection shall only take effect on the premise of not violating the mandatory legal provisions of your country of domicile or habitual residence.
In case of any dispute, disagreement and legal conflict between users and Quke Huyu Interactive, both parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation and amicable consultation in the first place. If the two parties fail to reach a consensus through negotiation, all disputed matters shall be submitted to the Court of Lisbon, Portugal for final judgment, unless the applicable mandatory local laws entitle you to file a lawsuit in another jurisdictional court.
All rights claims, appeals and legal proceedings arising from or related to your use of the application or abnormal inability to use the application functions must be formally filed within one year from the date of the incident. Any claim exceeding the time limit shall be deemed invalid and permanently barred from acceptance.
Quke Huyu Interactive reserves the right to revise, supplement and update this Terms of Use at any time according to business development, service adjustment and regulatory policy changes.
