1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of all mobile applications, services, and content provided by Quke Huyu Technology Co., Ltd. (“Quke Huyu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a global application developer and publisher distributing products through major international app marketplaces.

Please read these Terms carefully before using any of our applications. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our applications, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Authorized Use of Applications

2.1 Compliance with Laws and Policies

2.3 Updates and Service Modifications

Our applications may periodically connect to our servers to check for updates, including bug fixes, feature improvements, plug‑in installations, and version upgrades. You consent to receive and install these updates automatically to ensure optimal performance.

Quke Huyu reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the application or service at any time without prior notice. We may restrict or terminate access to certain features or the entire service at our sole discretion.

2.4 Third‑Party Content Responsibility

Our applications may contain links or access to third‑party websites, services, or content. Quke Huyu assumes no liability for the availability, accuracy, or legality of such external resources. You acknowledge that your use of third‑party content is entirely at your own risk.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the application, including the user interface, design, text, graphics, images, audio, video, code, data, and databases, are the exclusive property of Quke Huyu, its licensors, or authorized partners. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and other intellectual property laws worldwide.

3.2 Limited License

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the application or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the application
• Use framing, mirroring, or similar techniques to reproduce our branding or content
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Unauthorized use will immediately terminate the license granted herein and may result in legal action.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Warranties

The application and all related services are provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. Quke Huyu does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or free of defects. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content or advertisements displayed within the application.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quke Huyu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the application. This includes damages for loss of data, profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the application is limited to the total amount you paid to Quke Huyu for the use of the application within the twelve months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

5.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the application shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only to the extent permitted by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence or habitual residence.

5.2 Dispute Resolution

We will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good‑faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless mandatory local law entitles you to bring a claim in another competent jurisdiction.

5.3 Statute of Limitations

Any claim or action arising out of or related to these Terms or the application must be filed within one (1) year after the claim accrues. Failure to file within this period will permanently bar such claims.

6. Modifications to Terms

Quke Huyu reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted at http://terms. Your continued use of the application after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.
